Standard products (available in stock):
You may return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt if:
The color, size, or model did not suit you
The product remains in its original condition, with no signs of use
The packaging and full set of components are completely preserved
Return conditions:
The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer
After receiving the returned product, we inspect its condition within 3 business days
The refund is issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase
For card payments: the refund period may take up to 14 days, depending on the bank.
Custom orders:
Custom-made products are non-returnable if:
The product was made according to your individual specifications, such as size or color
The product has no manufacturing defect
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”
Important to know:
If the product has damage or signs of use, we deduct the cost of restoration
Natural features of wood, such as knots and grain texture, are not considered grounds for return
All products come with a 2-year warranty, which is separate from the right of return

Order Process
Ready-made products (available in stock)
We try to keep a range of ready-made products in an unfinished condition, so you have the opportunity to choose the perfect shade for your interior. After receiving your order and confirming the payment, we apply the selected finish and prepare the parcel for shipment.
Processing time:
Standard preparation time before dispatch — up to 3 business days
Shipping is arranged the next day after finishing
Payment terms:
Full prepayment at the time of ordering
Refunds or exchanges are possible within 14 days after receipt
Important: we do not offer cash on delivery.
Custom orders
For some models, we offer full customization — you can choose not only the color, but also specific dimensions or design features. These products are made especially for you after the order is placed.
Production time:
From 14 to 30 days
Order process:
After the prepayment is confirmed, we begin production
Once the work is completed, we agree on a convenient delivery method with you
The remaining balance is paid before dispatch or upon receipt
Please note: custom-made furniture is not eligible for return or exchange.

What is covered by the warranty:

Cracks and deformations caused by technological reasons
Replacement of parts or the entire product (decided individually)

Our furniture is made of natural wood - a living material that can have:
Natural knots
Small surface cracks
Other features of the tree structure
This is not a defect, but emphasizes the uniqueness of the product!
The warranty does not apply to:
Mechanical damage (scratches, chips)
Stains from use
Wear of protective coating
How we resolve warranty issues:
We cover all transportation costs.

We offer restoration services even for non-warranty cases

Стандартні вироби (наявні на складі):
Ви можете повернути товар протягом 14 днів з моменту отримання, якщо:
Не підійшов колір, розмір або модель
Товар зберіг первісний стан (без слідів експлуатації)
Упаковка та комплектація повністю збережені
Умови повернення:
Вартість зворотної доставки оплачує покупець
Після отримання товару ми перевіряємо його стан протягом 3 робочих днів
Гроші повертаються тим же способом, яким була здійснена оплата
*При оплаті карткою: термін повернення коштів - до 14 днів (залежить від банку)*
Індивідуальні замовлення:
Не підлягають поверненню, якщо:
Виріб виготовлений за вашими індивідуальними параметрами (розмір, колір)
Товар не має заводського браку
Відповідно до Закону України "Про захист прав споживачів"
Важливо знати:
При наявності пошкоджень або слідів експлуатація ми відраховуємо вартість реставрації
Натуральні особливості дерева (сучки, текстура) не є підставою для повернення
На всі вироби діє 2-річна гарантія (окремо від права повернення)

Дякуємо за вибір нашої продукції! Щоб ваші меблі довго зберігали первозданну красу, пропонуємо прості,
але ефективні правила догляду:
1. Оптимальне розміщення:
- Уникайте безпосередньої близькості з опалювальними приладами
- Ідеальна відстань - не менше 1 метра від радіаторів
- Для вуличного використання обов'язкове накриття та захист від опадів
2. Правильне очищення:
✔ Щоденний догляд:
- М'яка суха або злегка волога ганчірка
- Миття мильним розчином (наприклад, для посуду)
✖ Заборонено:
- Абразивні засоби
- Агресивна хімія
- Поліролі
- Губки з жорстким покриттям
3. Захист від пошкоджень:
- Швидко витирайте плями (вино, кава, олія)
- Використовуйте підставки під гаряче
- Для дитячих малюнків - захисні покриття
- Закріплюйте високі меблі до стін (особливо у будинках з дітьми)
4. Сезонний догляд:
- Взимку уникайте різких перепадів температури
- Влітку захищайте від тривалого прямого сонця
- При зміні сезонів перевіряйте стан покриття

Природні особливості дерева (сучки, легкі нерівності) не є дефектом, а підкреслюють унікальність вашого виробу.
